Once you have added your theme, you will see a new paint button has appeared at the top. Tap on it and then you will see the names of different elements that you can edit. To change your default folder, press and hold a folder in your chat list > Reorder > and drag your preferred folder to the first space. To upload new profile images, open Settings. To find more themes, Android users can try the Themes for Telegram app. If you use an iPhone, have a look at the Telegram Themes subreddit.
